The main goal for was to take care of the B2C business and relaunch it after a long period during which the core business was focused on the B2B scene. I set up the whole tracking structure of the marketing activity, I fixed the Google Analytics old bugs, I started and managed new collaboration with external agencies (i.e. for remarketing and SEO projects) holding the PPC standard activities for the travel business. I also designed the new structure of the website taking care of the most important user experience guidelines with a particular attention on holiday packages business.
